Welcome to Appold Studios

This former Victorian furniture warehouse, still brimming with character, has been transformed into modern studios, drenched in daylight. Open-plan, airy and with all the mod cons. .

There’s an impressive boardroom, shared lounge and library where you can work quietly, catch up with colleagues or take time out. And on the roof, there’s a beautifully landscaped roof garden boasting panoramic views of the City, with plenty of tables and a covered meeting pod.

The buzz of Broadgate

Over 19 million people visit Broadgate every year, for its mix of upmarket shops, restaurants, bars, salons and gyms – including the UK’s only Eataly, and an Everyman Cinema. It’s also the epicentre of London’s FinTech industry, home to some of the UK’s hottest startups. And just a short walk or cycle to Spitalfields, Shoreditch and the City.

With Liverpool Street station nearby, nowhere is far. You can be in Heathrow in just over half an hour, Stansted in 45 minutes, Gatwick in just over an hour. And on the Elizabeth Line, it’s only 10 minutes to Paddington via Bond Street.
