Welcome to 201 Bishopsgate
201 Bishopsgate sits right at the crossroads of Broadgate, Shoreditch and Spitalfields. Home to some of the world’s most innovative companies, in one of London’s most historic neighbourhoods.
At the main entrance is Broadgate Plaza: a green and leafy space full of under a soaring seven-storey glass roof supported by giant steel struts – all clean lines and sharp angles. That sense of drama and scale continues inside, with a 12-storey internal atrium flooding the lobby and every floor with daylight.
Upstairs on the 7th floor, the Storey spaces have been designed by award-winning Fitzrovia architects dMFK, who specialise in using texture, warmth and grain to create ‘uplifting, approachable and beautiful’ spaces – with a focus on sustainable, natural and recycled materials. From FSC-certified timber to part-recycled terrazzo tiles.

Your space
There are 12 units, ranging from 1,500 to over 4,000 sq ft. Each one is a blank canvas, ready for us to tailor precisely around you. All have wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows. Those on the Plaza side look out onto a shared outdoor terrace (one has direct access), while those on the opposite side enjoy jaw dropping views over Norton Folgate, Spitalfields and the City.
Shared spaces
And as always, there are Storey’s signature mix of shared spaces: a mix of meeting rooms (large and small), three breakout areas, phone booths, deep focus booths, banquettes and a wellness room. Places to work, places to sit, places to think, places to chat. And a shared outdoor terrace overlooking Broadgate Plaza below.
On your doorstep
Your walk to and from Liverpool Street station takes you through the 1.5 acre Exchange Square park, one of precious few green, traffic-free spaces in the City. Across the road, you have the historic charms of Spitalfields, with its cobblestone streets, world-famous market and 17th century silk weaver’s houses. And you’re just yards from Shoreditch High Street, with its eclectic mix of trendy bars, shops and restaurants.
The buzz of Broadgate
Over 19 million people visit Broadgate every year, for its mix of upmarket shops, restaurants, bars, salons and gyms – including the UK’s only Eataly, and an Everyman Cinema. And Exchange Square, a 1.5 acre green space with its own ‘country pub’ (The White Horse), cocktail bar ‘Back to Mine’ and alfresco restaurant (Piccolino). It’s also the epicentre of London’s FinTech industry, home to some of the UK’s hottest startups. And you’re just a short walk or cycle from Spitalfields, Shoreditch and the City.
With Liverpool Street station just a short walk away, nowhere is far. You can be in Heathrow in just over half an hour, Stansted in 45 minutes, Gatwick in just over an hour. And on the Elizabeth Line, it’s just 10 minutes to Paddington via Bond Street.
