Welcome to 6 Orsman Road, Haggerston N1
As soon as you step inside 6 Orsman Road off the canal, the first thing that hits you is the sense of calm. Everything from the timber to the earthy colours and natural materials is designed to make you feel more relaxed, focused and inspired.
Shoreditch architects Waugh Thistleton are the pioneers of cross-laminated timber. And their design for 6 Orsman Road pushes it to new heights – using natural, sustainable materials like timber and clay, natural light and air-purifying plants to create the ideal conditions for creative work.
There’s a rooftop terrace, with panoramic views over London. Plus a ground floor terrace, on the banks of the Regent’s Canal.
And as a Storey member, you also have access to Storey Club at both Broadgate and Paddington Central. With bookable meeting rooms and events spaces, whenever you need them.
Home to the likes of Roksanda, Dezeen and Resident First, Haggerston is the new place to be for London’s creatives . By Overground, it’s only four minutes to Shoreditch. And only a 15 minute bike to Liverpool Street, on Super Cycle Highway 1.
The surrounding streets – Kingsland Road, De Beauvoir Crescent – are full of charming independent shops and eateries, with a villagey feel. From Vietnamese cafes to artisan bakeries.
What our clients say
"Storey at Orsman Road was the perfect blank canvas for us to create a new office fit for the challenges and opportunities of a new decade. Ticking all the boxes in terms of design, sustainability, community and accessibility, we’ve been able to focus on delivering an engaging and flexible space for our team to use as and when they need it."
"We’re really excited by the potential of our new home at 6 Orsman to enhance the quality of our offering to students. It will allow us to increase the number of ways we can teach and interact with them – in person and virtually - by using our workspace and the building’s community amenities. Then there’s the intangible impact of being based in the heart of one of London’s most thriving creative districts. “
"We chose 6 Orsman Road as Genflow’s new London HQ because of its natural light, flexible work floor plan and the location. The canal views from our desks, the industrial decor, the rooftop views — they’re all such a creativity booster. We have a hybrid working model in our company, so our priority was to create a space that boosted productivity and promoted a great working environment."
