This former Victorian furniture warehouse is brimming with character: exposed brick walls, Crittall windows and wood floors. The inside spaces are open-plan, airy and flooded with daylight.

There’s an impressive boardroom, shared lounge and library where you can work quietly, catch up with colleagues or take time out. And on the roof, there’s a beautifully landscaped roof garden boasting panoramic views of the City, with plenty of tables and a covered meeting pod.

Over 19 million people visit Broadgate every year, with its mix of innovative shops, restaurants and bars – from craft beers and botanical cocktails to cutting-edge gyms. And you can walk to Spitalfields, Shoreditch or Old Street in under 15 minutes.

With Liverpool Street station next door, nowhere is far. You can be in Heathrow in just over half an hour, Stansted in 45 minutes, Gatwick in just over an hour. And when Crossrail opens, it’ll be just 10 minutes by train to Paddington via Bond Street.
