Storey customers have the advantage of being able to enjoy campus life at Broadgate, Paddington Central and Regent’s Place – with easy access to a mixture of great restaurants, bars and shops at their fingertips.
But another great benefit is access to Storey Club: a workspace specifically designed to host meetings, workshops and events.
Located at 100 Liverpool Street, Broadgate, and 4 Kingdom Street, Paddington Central, customers can book meeting rooms and hire event space.
There are places to relax and unwind too – including a lounge at Paddington Central, a 100-seat café and rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street.
Storey Club at 100 Liverpool St: built with sustainability in mind
Located next to Liverpool St station, Storey customers at 100 Liverpool Street benefit from a low carbon, refined workspace – with new standards in sustainability, including using 100% renewable energy and transitioning to net zero by 2030.
Storey Club in 100 Liverpool St is built with SMART technology which controls everything from the air quality, meeting rooms and much more. There are large, stylish meeting rooms with boardroom-style tables seating up to 30 people, wall-to-windows and panoramic views over Broadgate Circle.
Storey customers have access to two event spaces, including a removable wall, along with a catering and networking area, with customers such as AIA and Virgin Unite using the space for conferences and panel events.
Meeting rooms one and two can also be combined into a single room. This can be used as a large boardroom for 30 people, or a workshop style room with square tables set up cabaret style – and customers often choose this room for its large windows overlooking Broadgate.
Storey Club at 4 Kingdom St: a place to work and relax
Designed by award-winning architects Gensler, Storey Club at 4 Kingdom St in Paddington Central aims to add a more creative, comforting style to office design.
Similar to Broadgate, the event space at 4 Kingdom St can be customised. The event hall, which can seat more than 100 people, has a partition wall which can create two smaller workshop rooms ideal for networking or catering events.
The entire lower ground floor is available to hire, which is often used for larger style events hosting up to 200 people. Different style tables can be hired to suit the style of event – whether it be round, u-shape or theatre style.
For Paddington Central and Broadgate, the Storey team can also advise with event set-up and delivery within Storey Club spaces, an added benefit to the Storey offer.
Storey Club is available to hire for those looking to host meetings, workshops or events. Email [email protected] for more information.
