The space is cleverly designed to create different working zones and breakout spaces without conventional walls or ceilings. There are private rooms for meetings, phone calls or quiet work – as well as private phone booths, shared breakout spaces, a kitchenette and even a mini-amphitheatre for team briefings and talks.
Wifi, cleaning and security are all included. And you also have full use of Storey Club at 4 Kingdom Street next door – with bookable meeting rooms and events spaces, whenever you need them.

Paddington Central
A secret world tucked away behind the station, Paddington Central is an oasis of calm on the banks of the Grand Union canal, just round the corner from Little Venice. With floating restaurants, bars and cafes, a green and pleasant outdoor amphitheatre for lunching, and Pergola Paddington – a seasonal pop-up with secret gardens, bookable daybeds, pop-up restaurants and DJs at the weekend.
