Everything you need to know about 155 Bishopsgate

Storey 28 Feb 2023

In December last year Storey announced the opening of their latest space, 23,000 sq ft of redesigned workspace at 155 Bishopsgate with a pre-let agreed for the whole space from Levin.

Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, 155 Bishopsgate, owned by British Land, has been refurbished with a dramatic look and feel – taking inspiration from visual aspects of theatre design, such as its double-height ceiling and spot lighting within the reception area.

Similar to Storey at 100 Liverpool Street, Broadgate, the space on level two at 155 Bishopsgate has been remodelled with a combination of natural materials from sustainable sources, including recycled carpet and biodegradable felt walls made from Merino wool.

The Storey oåfice space within 155 Bishopsgate includes all standard Storey benefits such as access to Storey Club, shared meeting rooms, Wi-Fi and more. Storey’s in-house design team can help you to curate a modern and stylish working environment with premium furnishings fitted throughout, including sustainable furniture packages.

Storey customers at 155 Bishopsgate have easy access to the wider Broadgate offering with a lively mix of restaurants, shops and bars all on the doorstep including Black Sheep Coffee in reception and the renowned Eataly a 2-minute walk away. Other shops, restaurants and gyms nearby include Monica Vinader, Redemption Roasters, SpaceNK, Jose Pizarro, John Reed and 1Rebel.

The building is also just in front of the newly opened Exchange Square, with a mix of outdoor seating areas, planting, and a fountain. The park is a haven for workers looking to enjoy outdoor space on their lunch breaks or for the local community to learn more about plants and biodiversity.

The location of the building also benefits from excellent transport links – with accessibility to Liverpool Street and overground connections, along with multiple underground lines including the newly launched Elizabeth Line.

Soon after opening, the Storey space was fully occupied by Levin, the global tech talent marketplace, following its third upsize with Storey at Broadgate, previously occupying Storey space at 1FA and 100 Liverpool Street.

While 155 Bishopsgate has been fully leased, 1FA and 100 Liverpool Street includes Storey office space available to let for businesses looking to enjoy the benefits at Broadgate in the heart of the City.
